The Sarah Community is a beautiful senior living community located in St Louis County. We are looking to add a dynamic marketing and sales director that is outgoing, dedicated, and goal driven to our amazing marketing team. You will be an integral part of The Sarah Community team, focusing on sales and marketing of the available units in the assisted living, independent living, and our skilled unit. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
• two (2) years of sales and marketing experience.
• skills in closing sales with a consistent record of high occupancy results
• an appreciation for active senior adults.
• the ability to quickly identify the key levels of performance to develop a credible rapport with potential clients.
• the ability to work well with others.
• passion in achieving results through self-motivation.
• the ability to work well under pressure to achieve deadlines and communicate in a clear and precise manner.
• a high level of integrity, customer service, hospitality, and friendliness towards residents, visitors, peers, and coworkers.
